Partner of BHO Legal, a boutique law firm based in Cologne, Germany, with wide experience in legal aspects of space, GNSS, and geo-information industries. Worked as legal advisor within the German Aerospace Centre (DLR), as Head of the DLR Galileo Project Office, and as CEO of the DLR operating company for the German Galileo Control Centre. Advising institutions and companies involved in the European Space Programme, space industry and other high-technology sectors. Member of the International Institute of Space Law, the European Centre for Space Law, the Space Law Committee of the International Bar Association and regular organizer of conferences and sessions on legal issues for space, GNSS and geospatial industries.
